It enhances coordination so that they may move more easily and with better efficiency. Additionally, it increases balance and flexibility to help them maintain proper posture throughout training. By encouraging each individual to participate in sports, games, long walks, etc., we help them stay physically fit. We also do session of chair yoga and chair yoga dances which can be done by seating on chairs. It helps to boost health of wheelchair bound individuals.
