Faith Day Habilitation, A Division of Faith Home Healthcare, is a community-based day habilitation center certified and licensed through the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities to serve the adult individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and help them to reach their full potential. We believe that individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities should present an equal chance to live a happy and fulfilled life without being restricted by any limitations.

We are also approved by NJDDD and have vast experience in providing home care services such as community-based support, community inclusion services, individual supports, occupational therapy, physical therapy, respite, speech, language and hearing therapy and transportation to the individuals with developmental disabilities. Our goal is to help these individuals to realize their true potential and help them to display that by boosting their confidence. We don’t use the term disability at our place as we believe that they are just people with different abilities and uniqueness. That is why we call our day habilitation center “Unique Place for Unique People”. Our experienced staff also have the same motive as we do. At our place, we encourage everyone to learn skills appropriate to their level of ability. Our specially curated activities are always a mentor for them. We encourage our staff to get input from guardians and also monitor to make any improvement, as we are also learning from them.

We also motivate each individual to communicate effectively. By providing a safe and secure environment, we make each individual feel comfortable enough to share and discuss anything with our staff, who are ready to listen and use the shared information to provide the right and appropriate care they deserve.
